Cardtronics Releases New and Better Allpoint Mobile App

The new and improved Allpoint mobile app is now available for download. It’s more than just an average update for iPhone and Android users— it’s a complete overhaul. We deeply assessed customer reviews, made the necessary adjustments to improve the user experience, and added more valuable features.

Let’s walk through some of the new features available in the new Allpoint Mobile app. 

Secure card scanning to verify Allpoint membership

You no longer need to register or sign-in to use the Allpoint mobile app. You can easily verify if you can use Allpoint ATMs surcharge-free without the hassle by scanning your debit card. To find out if you have access, hold your phone’s camera in front of your card and await confirmation. The process is quick, secure, and private because we will not keep or store card numbers. If you prefer another option, you can manually input the first 11 digits of your card to determine if you have Allpoint ATM access.

Improved ATM locator and filter

When searching for an Allpoint ATM, you can filter results to find an ATM that perfectly fits your needs. New filtering options allow you to find ATMs based on withdrawal limits, and ATMs that are open 24 hours offering cash withdrawals, cash deposits, or mobile cash. Search results also show if each ATM is offline or the store is closed, so you can always feel confident your chosen Allpoint location is in service.

Plus, you can now favorite and save your preferred ATM locations, making it easier to locate in a snap!

Is the ATM broken? Are you unable to complete your transaction? You can now report issues with an ATM without ever leaving the app and get a secure response directly from the Allpoint team to your device. It doesn’t get any easier than that!

Available languages 
The new Allpoint mobile app can be translated into Spanish from within the app’s settings.
